On Tuesday 12th November, 5KJ went to Tatton Park. At 8:35, we stepped aboard and settled on the bus. The bus took what felt like a lifetime to get to Tatton Park. Eventually we arrived there.
Firstly, we went inside the mansion and they told us the rules and etiquette at the palace. They first told us to make scones. We made the flavorful scones and it was much fun making the tasty scones. After we made the scones, we cleaned up we washed the old bowl and cleaned the equipment.
When the boys were walking in the palace they had to put hands behind their backs all the same the girls had to put their hands in front. We walked through the fancy bright hall and up the oak stair case with ruby red carpet.
As we entered the bedroom, we sat down and listened to the instructions. First, we made the bed, it has lots of bright roses, after that we made the fire with newspaper and coal.
After approximately 40 minutes, which felt like a day, finally we had lunch. After we ate, we went in the dark, cold cellar and we learnt about the coal gets up to the bedrooms.
Walking around the whole mansion, it was all red and gold and it was all symmetrical.
Finally it was time to go home, we sat on the bus and sang songs until we got home.
